Any suggestions for cool pillow?

Hi
I've started to develop rashes, probably hives caused by stress or high blood sugar. The worst areas are around the neck and top of shoulder, parts pressed against the pillow as I sleep on my side. To be really difficult I need good neck support so the pillow needs to be tucked under my neck, which of course makes the heat build up worse.
Ideally I need a pillow with a pumped flow of air around the contact neck and shoulder areas, however I doubt if these exist. The best I can find are these. Has anyone any other suggestions?

If you got the pillow fairly recently, consider the fact that some imported (esp Chinese) material can 'outgas'. That's been found to be the reason behind people experiencing odd skin irritations after sitting on new sofas and other furniture. I've also found quite offensive, musty odours emitting from pillow filling, which no amount of washing, airing etc seemed to reduce to acceptable levels (and I'm not too particular). Sadly replacement's the only answer in such cases.1
