Who can enter:

The Prize Draw is open to entrants who are: (a) resident in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man during the competition period and prize fulfilment period; (b) aged 18 years or over; and (c) not employees of the Promoter, companies within the ITV group of companies, STV Group PLC or are an immediate family member of the same (including any live-in partner); and (d) not in any way or professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Please note that entrants must have a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man phone number and address in order to be eligible to win the Prize Draw. 

Opening/closing date & time:

There will be one (1) prize draw in relation to the Good Morning Britain, Lorraine, This Morning and Loose Women programmes (the “Programme”) (the “Main Prize Draw”) and one (1) associated prize draw for entrants to have the chance to win a bonus prize (the “Bonus Prize Draw”). The Main Prize Draw and the Bonus Prize Draw each a “Prize Draw” and together, the “Prize Draws”.

Main Prize Draw

●         The Main Prize Draw opens for entries via PRTS, SMS, via the Programme app (the “App”), or online (i) via the QR code showing during the on screen promotion (to be redirected to www.itv.com/win) in relation to Good Morning Britain only (“QR Code”)  or (ii)  the www.itv.com/win or www.stv.tv/win websites (“Website”)) (“Paid Entry Routes”) and via post (“Postal Entry Route”), on Friday 26 September 2025.
●         The Main Prize Draw closes for entries via the Paid Entry Routes at 3.00p.m. on Friday 3 October 2025.
●         The Main Prize Draw closes for entries via the Postal Entry Route at 2.00p.m. on Thursday 9 October 2025.

Bonus Prize Draws

Subject to the Postal Requirements (defined in the ‘Post’ section below), all entries into the Main Prize Draw during the Bonus Prize Draw Period defined below will receive a corresponding entry into the Bonus Prize Draw for the chance to win a bonus prize as follows:

●    Bonus Prize Draw opens on Friday 26 September 2025 and closes for entries via: (i) Paid Entry Routes at 3.00pm on Wednesday 1 October 2025; and (ii) the Postal Entry Route at 2.00pm on Monday 6 October 2025 ("Bonus Prize Draw Period").

Winner selection & contact:

There will be two (2) draws in total as follows:

●    Main Prize Draw: the draw will take place within one (1) week of the closing date and time for all entries into the Main Prize Draw. Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries for Main Prize Draw will win the Main Prize (see below ‘Prize’ section).

●    Bonus Prize Draw: the draw will take place within one (1) week of the closing date and time for all entries into the Bonus Prize Draw. Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first ten (10) entries drawn at random from all eligible entries for the Bonus Prize Draw will win one of the Bonus Prizes (see below ‘Prize’ section).

●      The Programme’s producers may call a winner once or multiple times live on-air on Good Morning Britain, Lorraine, This Morning and/or Loose Women, at their own discretion, within one (1) week of the closing date and time of each of the Prize Draws however, please note that any public announcement made regarding the winner is pending verification unless otherwise stated and should not be considered final confirmation.

●      By entering a Prize Draw, you confirm that you consent to the Programme’s production team phoning you live on-air on the Programme and for your name, general location, and details of the prize that you have won to be announced in the Programme, on the Website, on social media platforms and/or elsewhere at the Promoter’s and/or Programme producers’ discretion. This is in addition to the Promoter’s rights under clause 9.5 of the ITV’s General Terms. In the event that the winner cannot be contacted on-air, the winner will be contacted off-air in accordance with ITV’s General Terms.

How to enter & cost of entry:

You may enter by the following routes:

●         PRTS Phone - call 0907 706 1119 and follow the instructions given on the PRTS phone line; up to fifteen (15) paid entries per phone number. Entrants who enter twice from the same phone number will receive a third entry into the Prize Draw without charge (based on the same details as submitted in the second call). For each subsequent call from the same phone number, the entrant will receive an additional entry without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their call). This therefore works as a “3 entries for the price of 2 entries” offer followed by “buy one entry get one entry free” offers. Each call costs £2 plus your network access charge. 

●         SMS text – send an SMS text with the keyword PRIZE or WINNER or APP to 81119; up to fifteen (15) paid entries per phone number. Entrants who send a second SMS text entry using the same mobile number by the closing date and time will receive a third entry into the Prize Draw without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). For each subsequent entry from the same mobile number, the entrant will receive an additional entry without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). This therefore works as a “3 entries for the price of 2 entries” offer followed by “buy one entry get one entry free” offers. Each chargeable SMS text entry costs £2 plus one standard network rate message.  Please note that SMS entries without the keyword or where the keyword is misspelt will still be counted and charged (where applicable). If you do not want to receive marketing texts about similar products and services, please add NO INFO at the end of your text entry.

●         Online - go to the Website, download the App or scan the QR Code to enter via the following routes (as available on the Website):
o   Direct to Mobile Billing: follow the instructions on the Website to charge the entry costs to your mobile phone bill. Direct to Mobile Billing may only be available for certain mobile networks – for details see the Website. 
o   PayPal: follow the instructions on the Website.
o   Apple Pay: follow the instructions on the Website.
o   Debit Card: follow the instructions on the Website to charge the entry costs to your debit card. Please note that use of a debit card may incur charges from your provider.

 

A single entry costs £2. Paid and free entry bundles may be offered from time to time, and other offers and discounts (e.g discount credits) maybe applied or available, as stated on the Website. Please note if you are using a credit card with Apple Pay or PayPal, your card provider may impose surcharges.

By entering online, you will also receive one (1) ticket to participate in the “Winsday” Prize Draw for every one (1) paid entry (provided you have not reached the cap of six (6) paid entries for that week’s Winsday draw).

Each Winsday Prize Draw opens at 1.00 a.m each Wednesday and closes at 12:59 a.m the following Wednesday. The ticket generated from entering this Prize Draw will be automatically entered into Winsday draw that is live at the time of your entry. There is a cap of thirty (30) paid entries across all online platforms (“Cap”).

All entries into the Main Prize Draw made via the Paid Entry Routes during the Bonus Prize Draw Period will automatically be entered into the Bonus Prize Draw for the chance to win the bonus prize, as set out in the ‘opening/closing date & time’ section above.

For entries made via the Postal Entry Route to qualify for the Bonus Prize Draw, you must add the correct postal ID (‘BONUS 40’), as shown in the ‘post’ section above) and your postal entry must be received during the Bonus Prize Draw Period (“Postal Requirements”). Postal entries that do not meet the Postal Requirements will not be included in the Bonus Prize Draw, but will still be entered into the Main Prize Draw provided that these are received within the Main Prize Draw Period.

By way of example only:
· if your postal entry includes the postal ID ‘BONUS 40’ and your entry is received after 2.00pm on Monday 6 October 2025 but before 2.00pm on Thursday 9 October 2025, your postal entry will not be included in the Bonus Prize Draw however, you will still be entered into the Main Prize Draw.

If your postal entry includes the postal ID ‘CD 40’ and your entry is received during the Bonus Prize Draw Period, your postal entry will not be included in the Bonus Prize Draw, and will only be entered into the Main Prize Draw.

For the avoidance of doubt, all postal entries with the correct postal ID ‘BONUS 40’ received in accordance with the Postal Requirements for the Bonus Prize Draw will be entered into the relevant Bonus Prize Draw and the Main Prize Draw.

Where you opt to enter through one of the promoted Paid Entry Routes, ITV must have received evidence of payment of any costs (as notified to ITV by the applicable payment provider) relating to the entry (as set out in the on screen promotion and these terms and conditions) by the time that ITV conducts the winner selection in accordance with the Winner Selection & Contact section above. Any entry that does not meet this criterion will be incomplete, invalid and ineligible to win the prize.

Prize:

The prize for the winner of the Main Prize Draw consists of one hundred thousand pounds (£100,000) cash (the ”Main Prize") made payable by BACS in the name of the entrant only.

The prize for each of the ten (10) winners of the Bonus Prize Draw consists of one (1) e-voucher worth three thousand pounds (£3,000) of easyJet holiday credit (the “Bonus Prize(s)”).

The e-vouchers will each contain three thousand pounds (£3,000) worth of easyJet holiday credit (“Credit”) for the winners to redeem against holiday(s) of their choice on https://www.easyjet.com/en/holidays.

 

The Bonus Prize winners can choose to use the Credit to book beach holiday(s) which may include return standard easyJet flights from a UK airport of the winner’s choice to their destination of choice that easyJet flies to, accommodation, return shared airport to hotel transfers and 23kg hold baggage per person each way, and/or city break(s), which may include return standard easyJet flights from a UK airport of the winner's choice to their destination of choice that easyJet flies to, under seat hand baggage only and accommodation. Return transfers and any additional baggage can be added for a fee.

 

The Bonus Prizes are subject to the following restrictions:

 

The winners must create an account on https://www.easyjet.com/en/holidays and add the Credit to their easyJet holidays account (“Account”).

 

The Credit is not available for bookings made via travel agents and cannot be used towards easyjet.com flight only bookings or extras, cost of travel insurance, travel to the UK airport, food and drink, spending money, taxes payable in resort or personal expenses. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the holiday are the responsibility of each winner.

 

The Credit must be used within thirteen (13) months from the date of the applicable winner pick (“Validity Period”). For the avoidance of doubt, the winners must book the holiday(s) by the Validity Period however may take-up the holiday(s) after the end of the Validity Period, until 31 March 2027.

 

The winner may travel with any number of companion(s), up to the total booking value of their respective Credit. If the winner’s booking is worth more than their Credit, the winner must pay any extra costs above the Credit. If the winner’s booking is worth less than the Credit, the remaining Credit will be available to redeem on their Account during the Validity Period. Any Credit unused by the Validity Period will be deemed to be forfeited and no cash exchange will be offered.

Once the holiday(s) has been booked, the booking conditions of easyJet holidays (available at https://www.easyjet.com/en/holidays/info/booking-conditions) will apply, with the exception that no refund (whether in cash or credit) will be provided if a holiday is cancelled for any reason by the winner. If easyJet holidays has to cancel the booking (due to e.g. a change in foreign office travel advice that advised against travel to the chosen destination), an alternative holiday will be offered where possible, or Credit for the holiday re-issued to the winner’s Account.

 

The Credit may not be exchanged for cash equivalent or alternative.

The Bonus Prizes exclude travel insurance, food and drink outside of any applicable package, spending money, taxes payable in resort, or personal expenses. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the prize are the responsibility of the winners.

 

Each winner is responsible for ensuring that they and any person travelling with them will be available to travel and that each holds a valid passport, any necessary visa and adequate travel insurance for the holiday prizes, so as to be able to travel on the travel dates. It is the responsibility of the winners to inform easyJet of any special access requirements when accepting the prize and to adhere to any applicable healthy and safety guidelines. The winners will also be responsible for ensuring that they meet entry requirements for both the holiday destination and for returning to the UK.

 

Please note that the Bonus Prize winners will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at hotels for security deposit purposes.

The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to positively amend the Prizes during the Prize Draw period by either: (i) increasing the amount of a cash prize; and/or (ii) offering additional prize(s).
