The above may be helpful.  It has a list of Scottish Widows funds and you will see some of them have CS7 after their names so I imagine those will be the ones available to you.  There's a lot in there that won't be relevant.  It may be easier just to ask SW what funds are available for your pension

Fees were a driver for me, I was paying between 0.3% and 0.75% on a handful of company personal pensions collected from several employers and years of work. That distributed pot was worth a little north of £100k when I transferred it to Hargreaves Lansdowne I now pay a capped £200 per year so less than 0.2%. I can't control my investment growth but I can the fees, seemed an obvious move.

In the first year I spent around £100 for 8 purchases of market targeted ETFs and since then there's been no need for more trading.

£200/0.2% is only the platform fee. The ETFs will have a charge as well -typically between 0.1 and 0.2%.

Often with workplace pensions the platform and fund fees are bundled together ( not always)

It is also possible for a less experienced investor to buy expensive funds on HL and pay the full platform charge - maybe up to 2 % in total. Just to make the point that SIPP does not always mean cheaper.

The very tiny print says it's a group personal pension that started in 2021 or later, where your account number starts SW. Does this sound right?
My pension is older than that, from ~2016 and my account number begins ZU as it's ex-Zurich.
I would expect your scheme to be no worse than mine, and potentially "better" (more flexible / more options).
I also have an ex Zurich , now SW pension. I think there are about 200? fund choices, all OEICs, but some of them are very low cost. They have some passive multi asset funds at only 0.1% and the platform fee is only 0.1%.
I did ask on a thread once and it seems that the ex Zurich part of SW ( different website and different offices I think) has cheaper funds than the main SW site. Not 100% sure though.

I've had a poke about and my investment choices include:
    Funds:
    Equities:
These links are branded "Money4Life" so there's a fair chance they'll also be available to the OP, despite my plan being ex-Zurich and his being a newer SW scheme.
