The second purse challenge? That was great and could really help some people now I think.... It helped me so much when I had a very limited grocery budget and was struggling.
Look it up if you are interested. I'm thinking of revisiting it as a challenge.

Me! I adopted this for a number of years (think I ran the challenge for a while too). Not so many bargains nowadays - used to quite easily get BOGOF’s for the second purse cupboard. Shall we revive it?

I’m seriously tempted. I used to set aside £25 of my £400 food budget for the second purse. My budget is now £600. I managed to buy my Kitchen Aid mixer and a Bose iPod dock with my 2nd purse savings. Still have the mixer. Think this was 10+ years ago.Could start in October??Cross-stitch WIP: Haberdashery Shop Fiver Friday challenge 2025 founding member 😊 Read 25 books in 2025 18/25 Currently reading It Starts With Us by Colleen Hoover0

I treated myself to a new dressing gown with savings from flash sales over a month period, just imagine what I could do with that amount over a year.I will look out for that.0

Is anyone able to set this up and post the old instructions? I've only got my phone at the moment so that would be tricky for me.Grocery challenge:
