P45 not in PDF form

Hi,
My previous employer gave me my P45 by post...so its a paper copy. I have photo'd each page with my phone and so now have my P45 as a few pages of these JPGs. Is this acceptable? I mean, when i start work with my new  employer, will they accept these JPGs?
Or do they need my P45 in PDF?

You could, if needed, use an app on your phone that uses the camera but outputs in pdf - I have one called clearscanner but others are available.

you could also use something like Smallpdf that will convert jpg images into pdfs and merge them into a single pdf  document - I think you are allowed a certain number of uses a day before you have to pay for it.

Give them parts 2 and 3 of the paper copy and keep 1A for your own files.

You'd normally just give them the back to pages physically and keep the front page for yourself. 

If your new employer wants its digitally then its up to them to specify what format they want it in... its easy to convert a photo to PDF if needed.
