Opos Limted Email - Help!!



I have been sent by email from the above company the below any advice on how to handle it????
My Credit file is clear and has been for the last 15 years I've been with my partner as we've had a mortgage & credit cards together for that long.
Any help would be appreciated.

Always ignore emails.
I think we had a similar post a few days ago. Another fishing expedition.
The rule is 'if it's important, they'll write'
If they do do, and it's something you don't recognise, then send a prove-it letter.
In the meantime, block their emails0 -

As @fatbelly says, a fishing expedition.
They've bought a load of debt and are now just trawling for people with the same name as the debtor, people with similar names to the debtor and so on, hoping for a bite. Sending out emails is easy, if you were to receive a letter, addressed correctly, referring to you by name then you should respond.0 -
You only legally need to respond to the written word, not an email, not a text.
Standard fishing exercise when not enough details accompany the debt they have bought, they attempt to trace anyone with similar details in the hope of a "hit".
