State Pension question

My father was born September 12 1960. His State Pension age is 66 years, 6 months, and according to the gov.uk website he’ll reach State Pension age on 12 March 2027. He is originally from Slovakia and came to UK in 2017 and set up his self-employment business in October 2017.
When he logs in to see the State Pension forecast on the government website he gets this message:
"
You’ll reach State Pension age on 10 March 2027. By this time, you will not be able to get the 10 years needed on your National Insurance record to get any State Pension
"
His National Insurance record is as follow:
"
2024 to 2025 Your record for this year is not available yet
2023 to 2024 Full year
2022 to 2023 Full year
2021 to 2022 Full year
2020 to 2021 Full year
2019 to 2020 Full year
2018 to 2019 Full year
2017 to 2018 Year is not full
You have contributions from Self-employment: 27 weeks
It’s too late to pay for this year. You can usually only pay for the last 6 years.
"
Does this mean that he won't get his State Pension? Or is there any way to overturn this somehow?
