1.This promotion is open to eligible individuals aged 18 years and over who have registered as customers of Sky Betting and Gaming (Sky Bet, Sky Poker, Sky Vegas, Sky Bingo and Sky Casino) and have a Sky Prize Drop account.

2. This promotion is strictly limited to one per person and email address. Sky Betting and Gaming reserves the right at its reasonable discretion to withdraw the availability of promotions to any customer or group of customers at any time with prior notice.

3. We will not accept entries sent in through agents, other websites or through any means which intends to deceive or manipulate fair process such as through any automated or ‘bot’ entry process or through the creation of multiple accounts or manipulation of location information.

 4. The promotion is available each day from 12 September 2025 until 18 September 2025 between the hours of 10:00 until 22:00, or until all Prizes (see term 9) have been won (the “Promotional Period”). Following the expiry of the Promotional Period no further entries will be permitted.

5. Customers must hold an account with Sky Bet’s Prize Drop to take part. Customers must enter this Promotion in accordance with Prize Drop’ terms and conditions which can be found here.

6. This promotion and delivery of the Prize will be managed on behalf of the Promotor (see term 26) by Stretch Communications. Any personal data provided as part of this promotion will be shared with Stretch Communications for this sole purpose.

7. Before playing, customers must opt-in to the promotion via the Sky Bet Prize Drop landing page found here, during the Promotional Period.

8. After opt-in, customers will be redirected to weticketit.com, where customers can find the EFL  Ticket Drop page. On this page, the customer can find a list of all the EFL fixtures that are available as part of this promotion (the “Fixtures”). Customers can select which Fixture they want to enter by selecting the relevant link onsite. Once a Fixture has been chosen, the customer will be required to fill out the requested personal details in order to enter. Once this is done, the customer will be shown an on-screen game- by picking one of the four options that appear, they will reveal if they have won a Prize or not (the “EFL Ticket Drop Game”).

9. The Prize is a pair of general admission EFL match tickets for the selected Fixture (the “Prize”). There are 19,440 tickets available to be won, across all the Fixtures.

10. Customers may only enter the EFL Ticket Drop for one Fixture during this Promotional Period. Any further entries will not be accepted.

11. Winners for each Fixture will be allocated at random and are not influenced by a customer’s selection in the EFL Ticket Drop game.

12. Prizes may not be exchanged for an alternative Fixture.

13. A customer can win one Prize once during the Promotional Period.

14. There are no staking requirements for customers to become eligible to play the EFL Ticket Drop.

16. Winners of a Prize will be required to provide additional information to verify (with evidence satisfactory to the Promoter) their age, identity, residence and/or other requested verification and security information necessary to fulfil the prize. Winning customers must fill out these details correctly with details that match those on their Prize Drop & Sky Bet accounts, in order to be eligible for their Prize. If further information is required, winners may be contacted by the Promotor or Stretch Communications.

17. The details a customer inputs as part of the EFL Ticket Drop may be shared with third parties, as set out in these terms, and solely to the extent necessary for Prize delivery and fulfilment.

18. Participants who have been excluded from previous promotions run by the Promoter (including in relation to Sky Bet, Sky Vegas, Sky Poker or Sky Bingo) will not be permitted to participate in this promotion and any answers submitted shall be deemed void.

19. If the winning participants cannot be contacted within a reasonable period of time or are not able or available to accept the Prize for any reason which is beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, then the Promoter reserves the right not to award the Prize.

20. The game will not be playable via certain devices. In this event, you will still be able to play via a different compatible device once logged in.

21. Customers who are, or become, self-excluded from Sky Bet or any Sky Betting and Gaming products or have had restrictions placed on their account during the Promotional Period may not be eligible to participate in this promotional game.

22. The Promoter reserves the right to change the Prizes or Promotional Period at any time. Any such change will not impact players who have already started wagering under a Promotion.

23. Apart from causing death or personal injury arising from negligence or in respect of fraud and as far as is allowed by law, we and our associated companies and agents will not have any responsibility for your enjoyment of the Prize or any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the Prize which are beyond our control. We are also not responsible for any act or failure to act of any supplier.

24. We will not be liable for Prizes that do not reach winners for reasons beyond our reasonable control.

25. The Promoter reserves the right acting reasonably and with notice to withhold, restrict or cancel this offer from individual account holders in accordance with its eligibility, promotion abuse and internal risk policies at its reasonable discretion.

28. The Promoter: Bonne Terre Gaming Limited (trading as Sky Betting & Gaming) with a registered office address of One Chamberlain Square Cs, Birmingham, United Kingdom, B3 3AX  (the ”Promoter”).

29. The Prize is for a pair of home team tickets for the Fixture, and eligible supporters of that team only. Away team tickets and tickets for supporters of the away team are not available. Tickets are located in the home supporter stands.

30. The winner of any Prize is not permitted, by virtue of Section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1998 to sell or otherwise dispose of the tickets to any other third party whatsoever, unless agreed by the event organiser in writing.

31. The Prize is for the applicable Fixture only and does not include any other facilities of expenses whatsoever, such as (by way of example and all of which are the responsibility of the winner and/or their guest(s)) the following:

a.        travel to or from the venues and associated charges

b.       accommodation

c.        travel insurance

d.       tips, gratuities, room service, drinks or meals; and

e.        any other costs associated with the trip

32. Ticket collection details will be provided by the promoter, once the match date has been confirmed. If tickets are collected on the day, tickets may only be collected by the winner and photographic ID (passport / driving license / national ID card) will be required at the point of collection.

33. Clubs associated with the Fixture will be notified of the identity of ticket winners and their guest(s), and databases will be checked against any Club Banning Orders, as well as the National Police Database for those who may be subject to a Court Banning Order. Any persons found subject to a club or court banning order are not eligible to claim the Prize.  If a winner’s guest(s) is subject to a club banning order or court banning order then they are not eligible for the Prize, and the winner will need to identify a different guest(s).

34. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for one of its choosing which has a value the same or greater than the original Prize, in the event of circumstances outside its control making the Prize unavailable. The Prize may be subject to availability and change where expressly stated.

35. Name changes are not permitted, unless expressly agreed in writing (at the sole discretion of the EFL and/or football club) on a case by case basis.

36. Winners will be bound by any additional terms and rules of conduct set out by the relevant football club, venue host or event organiser (EFL) (including, amongst other things any terms of issue associated with tickets, applicable ground regulations and other policies applicable to visitors at the venue or event). The Promoter, event organiser or stadium operators reserve the right to refuse entry and/or require winners and/or their guest(s) to leave the venue should the winner or guest(s) not comply with these terms, rules or policies, any applicable law or regulation or other reasonable directions or the promoter, event organiser or stadium operators, or because of winners or guest(s) inappropriate behaviour. Winners are responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guest(s) whilst taking the Prize.

37. No guarantees can be given that the Fixture will take place at a particular time or on a particular date. The event organiser reserves the right to reschedule any match without notice and without any liability whatsoever.

38. Entrants acknowledge and agree that the ability to receive the Prize may be prevented, limited or interfered with by unforeseen events outside of the reasonable control of the Promoter, EFL, Club and/or venue, which may result in (amongst other things) matches being postponed, cancelled, played behind closed doors, reduced capacity crowds, or entry requirements imposed by a competent authority. Neither the Promoter, EFL, club or venue shall be liable or responsible if any unforeseen events prevent, limit or interfere with the winner making use of the Prize or attending the Fixture and in the event winners cannot make use of Prize to attend the Fixture, the promoter will determine in its sole discretion whether it will grant an alternative prize.

39. Winners are solely responsible for having all necessary information and documents in order to comply with any requirements relating to entry to the stadium or venue. Winners must also comply with any other policies, guidance and instructions which may be provided to them by the EFL, football club and/or venue as applicable and may be updated from time to time, in relation to attendance at the match or event.

40. The winners will be expected to comply with any third- party terms and conditions that form part of the Prize, including but not limited to conditions of the EFL and the relevant football club along with the stadium ground regulations. EFL ground regulations can be found below.

42. If a winner and/or their guest(s) has any special accessibility requirements, the winner will need to make the Promoter aware of this as soon as the winner has won a pair of tickets.  In some instances, notice of accessible seating may only be available at short notice. If wheelchair spaces are available, these will be offered on a first-come first -served basis.

43. This is not a promotion of the EFL, any clubs or their respective group companies nor is there any liability or contractual obligation owed to prize winners by the EFL, clubs or respective group companies relating to the operation of this promotion (save only in relation to any applicable conditions of issue for tickets and/or stadium regulations).

44. By submitting your personal information when entering EFL Ticket Drop, you acknowledge the promoter may disclose that information to the event organiser (EFL), venue host and/or the relevant football club(s) playing in the Fixture to which the Prize relates for the purpose of verifying your eligibility for any prize and or administering delivery of the prize.

45. Any personal data relating to entrants will be kept securely and used solely for the purposes of administering this promotion and/or prize fulfilment by the Promoter, Stretch Communications, EFL, clubs playing in the Fixture to which the Prize relates, and/or by any agent of the Promoter or EFL appointed to assist with running the promotion or administering the prize.
