18. There are 5 prizes available to be won in total during the promotion of a 3-night Forest Escape for up to 4 people. At least 1 guest out of the 4 must be over 18 and any remaining guests under 16 must have parental or guardian permission to attend.

1. The prize is subject to availability at the discretion of NDL Travel and excludes the Christmas holiday period (19th December 2025 – 5th January 2026, School summer holidays (10th July 2026 – 7th September), Valentine’s Day/weekend (13th February 2026 – 16th February 2026), Easter weekend (27th March 2026 – 12th April 2026) and all other bank holiday weekends in the UK (May Day bank holiday – Monday 4 May 2026, Spring bank holiday – Monday 25 May 2026, August bank holiday - Monday 31 August 2026)
2. The winner’s chosen Forest location is subject to availability at time of booking. The winner and up to 4 people in total will be staying in a 2-bedroom Silver Birch log cabin on a self-catering basis. Cabin includes living area, 1 double room, 1 twin room, outdoor deck with hot tub, kitchen equipped with essentials.
3. You will be able to choose from a selection of menus; the chef will work with you if you have any special dietary requirements. Chef will need to use the cabins kitchen equipment to prepare the meal.
4. Chefs' availability is subject to availability at time of booking. On the day of the 3-course meal, the chef will arrive on average 1 to 2 hours before the allocated eating time with all the food and ingredients. They will take over the cabin kitchen, preparing, cooking & serving the chosen menu and then do a full clear & clean down of the kitchen, including washing all the dishes.
5. Travel allowance will be transferred directly via electronic bank transfer to the winner upon confirmation of full and correct UK bank details. Transfers can take up to 5 working days.

19. No cash or other alternative prize will be provided, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar prize or part of a prize of equal or greater value. The prizes are non-transferable.

20. The Winner and guest(s) are responsible for all expenses not expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions as being included as part of the prize. All other costs and expenses incurred from the prizes including, but not limited to, additional travel, transfers, excursions, vaccines, accommodation, meals, and drinks as required, spending money, tips and other gratuities are the Winner’s and their guest’s own.
