Toluna Spin 'Game'

I play this every day I remember, been a toluna member for years now dipping in and out, but more serious now.
Everytime, and I mean EVERY time, it gives me 'Better luck next time'.
Don't get me wrong, it is a free game, and I am grateful for the chance, but I'm starting to feel a bit alienated. 

Anyone else?

I've played this game for years and for me it's mostly 'better luck next time', but I do actually get points about once or twice a month. Also sometimes (like a day or two ago) it lands on 'Better luck next time', but the next screen says I won some points.

I had 1000 points last week. I frequently get 40 points ( yes, I know, there is no segment marked 40, go figure!)
