I am going to ring speke in the morning
and check if its on there firdt before
I set off.the phone number for the
    Speke branch is 0151 494 2548.
Worth checking first as they are
always a day later on their Christmas
nights so may do the same with the 75%
    sale

I see you are a night owl, like me. Its a good idea to ring them first, makes sense. I have only been to Speke retail the one time, after christmas. On the whole it appears smaller than city centre, but hard to tell properly as it's all on the one floor.

Re the Whitechapel store. I had totally forgotten about it. :o I very rarely venture into that part of town now, I thought it was closed down.:rotfl: I had surgery on my knees some time ago, so walking is difficult for me now, so Clayton Sq is handy for the station and the bus. There was masses of sale stuff there today, I went for a few bits and did a rekki. Lots of gift sets, but dont know if they will go down any further.

I am mainly spending points. I have £151 left. I spent £141 in points after Christmas. (Nearly in tears to see them go) silly really as thats why we save them isn't it. Don't know how I will cope if I end up with single figure points. (does Boots have a hot line for addicts? We dont need one, we have op on this board):A

I am in the health club, and just turned 60 so I also get 10% off Boots products, and it makes such a difference. They even apply it when I am cashing my points in, it's brill. So even if I spend the whole £150 I will still have 1500 pts left, so I can't lose.

I had not realised that there is also a boots in Lime st station, until I looked on the store locater. Good luck for tomorrow, and leave some for me. Thanks again. Polly:T :T ,
