hiya, maybe im being a bit thick this morning
but just checked the status of my online order with the tracking number on the home delivery network and it says this

Date Depot Action Reason 10/01/2008 00:00:00 Customer Parcel Data Received

is that supposed to mean its been delivered? because it hasn't im really confused!
this company is awful in my area too!

Hope someone can help me with this i'll be unable to get to Boots early enough for the bargains so i'm going to send my dad with a list. Can anyone tell me the product that is very brightly coloured in stripy packaging saw a few on the shelves yesterday but cant remember what brand it is, anyone help

I had 2 parcels 'delivered' (dumped in garden) yesterday, and the other 4 are showing exactly the same tracking message.
Does anyone here speak HDN?

Dont work for them but at another courier, i'm guessing its an entry to show they have entered the consignment on their system so they can track and deliver. Doesnt look like the final delivered status.

They delivered one of my boots parcels. actuaaly knocked instead of carding and leaving in the shed like usually without even seeing if anybodys home. Saying that, Amtrak left 2 in shed as well this week from Boots but no card - hubby found them when fetching some tools! 2 more to come but havent been despatched yet - there are my 75% ones so hope they do arrive.

My orders from 7.30am on the morning of the start of the 75% are still at being processed...

Im really not hopefull...

this basically means that boots have requested the pick up from the said courier company, next step will be that its gone to the regional sorting depot, then it will arrive at the local delivery depot, and the last step will be loaded for delivery.

bein completly honest boots system order system is rather a mess at times, and ive had deliveries arrive before ive had a dispatch email, and ive also got several orders from before xmas that still on the my orders page say 'order being processed'.

all i can say is that i did about 75 orders between summer and xmas and 95% arrived on or before the day quoted for delivery when i placed the order.

I think I might venture into Boots today to find out if they are posting the sale signs for 75%, that's how I found out about it last year! x

Thanks - there's a delivered order from the summer which still shows up in my orders on the Boots site as 'we have received your order'
