Does anyone have any spare points vouchers from the recent mailing for Nizoral shampoo? It's soooo expensive & I reallly begrudge using my points to buy it!!

Hi Bootsers.

I called into my largest Boots today 'specially to get one of the ipods - none left, so thought I would check out the ac machine to see what bargins were available ( not been in since before Xmas, nor even read this thread - New Years Resolution to try and cut spending :rolleyes: )

Anyway, what gives with the dratted new machines
Six in a row, and got zilch from them,
First one jammed so couln't even get my card in,
Second one accepted card, but wouldn't show any offers,
Third one accepted card, but machine didn't seem to realise there was a card in, as it kept showing me how to put the card in properly !!
Fourth one.....ran out of paper, so wouldn't print anything
Fifth one, the same, no paper - or machine was jammed 'cos nothing coming out.
Sixth one showed no offers, like second one, it just showed a big pink square saying nothing available, or offline or something equally usefull.

Oh well, I can take a hint, Boots are trying to help with my New Years Resolution

Seriously though, how is everyone else finding the new ac machines compared to the old ones?


Also interesting to note online ipod still £129, but I bought one before Xmas in store for £109, and now they are £89 - if your store has any left in stock.

please can some one tell me which of the boots in london stock the no7 highligters and also have reduced items.
I tried the one in liverpool street station today,though they had highliters but no reduced items.

I got 4 x time delay hand creme today with my free vouchers. The till said no but the No7 SA said she couldn't see why not (she said it had been scanning previously) and so just manually altered it. 4 x handcreme £0.00 to pay!

lol opposite way round in moorgate boots!! they've got reduced no 7 stuff but no highlighters :S i got mine in harrow but the no7 assistant there is a highlighter/50p tanning wipe guard!! she won't let u have more than 2 (if ur lucky!)

I just spoke to customer services to find out if the sale dates in my area, the lady said all stores start monday.
She also told me the discounts:

75% off gifts
up to 75% off forty selected electrical beauty products
50% off toys & games (as opposed to 1/3)
Maybe some further reductions on perfume.

Managed to get a Sony memory card for £5 today. few other reduced bits in Moorgate but no magazines left! Prixx, are there any in liverpool street? (which I will be hitting on Monday morning )
