Are we allowed to swop boots vouchers here? I have some I would like to swop but not sure on the rules. I'd rather see them used than go to waste.

I'm bothered - was gonna spend £5 to get voucher, but clearance hairdye took an extra £1 off, so I said i'll grab something to make up to £5 for voucher - then they told me it was £10 so I didn't

2 small q's about boots.com. What is minimum spend before you get free delivery? Also where can I go to get .com codes for money off? Do they do them?

Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone could help me? I bought the ruby and millie beauty case for my friend as she really wanted one. I paid 50 pounds for this coz it was before they were on the half price offer before christmas, only problem is her husband got her one aswell and she has already used it. I want to take it back for a refund but I can not find the reciept anywhere. Does anyone have a reciept for this bought at full price that I could pinch as I am worried that they will only give me helf price back without one as they were all reduced again in the after christmas sale. Thanks so much. XX

Sorry...bought mine at half price and as part of a 3 4 2 purchase.....as I suspect most people did with this item. Hope someone can help you.

If you give cs a call and explain the situation they should be able to check this item on your advantage card and give you a code number to use in the store. They done this for me a few months ago with an elec toothbrush that I could not find the receipt for.

Thanks I didnt know they could do that, Only prob might be I think this was part of the shopping I did when I forgot my card so had the reciept validated. OHH just realised I have lost those points as well, what a disaster.
