I’ve had a private pension since 2014 transferring my army pension and another private pension into this in about 2017 the dolphins German property group went into liquidation and I lost a lot of money however at this time I was 55 and have been told I should have been removed from high risk investments I still have my pension but with a very small amount of money the firm was taken to court in Germany and I received a letter with a six figure amount stating my investment value the case was successful in 2022 but to this day I have not received a penny have tried several solicitors with no joy any advice would be welcome thanks
