After the competition closes, Stagecoach will select a shortlist of entries based on emotional impact and relevance, with those selected notified. These shortlisted entries will then proceed to a public vote.

10. Only entries where both the entrant and the person the story is about (if applicable) are happy to be featured in Stagecoach marketing activity will be considered for shortlisting. This may include appearing in social content, photography or filmed activity relating to the campaign. If Stagecoach is unable to confirm this, the entry will not be eligible for the shortlist.

11. The public vote for phase two will open on 3rd November 2025 and close on 16th November 2025. Only votes received during this period will be counted.

12. The winner of the competition will be the entrant who receives the highest number of valid public votes during the voting period. In the event of a tie, Stagecoach reserves the right to make the final decision.
