£262.65 on annual car service argh! but has been saved for and was £15 less than the quote (not that i'm complaining).
Also sold some more stuff at work so that's £8 today and £82 to come on Monday.

I bought some fresh Aberdeen Angus burgers from Waitrose. Fattening (I'm only having one though), expensive (£3.19 for 4!), but worth every mouthful...mmmmmm!

  • I've had a NSD, however I discovered that I have £169 in a First Direct savings account that I thought I'd emptied and closed over a year ago! AND I rang Homebase and registered my Spend & Save card and they're sending me, wait for it, £2 in vouchers! Ooh, just remembered I rang Tesco Clubcard and told them I'd moved (which I have done 3 times since I last told them) and I have £25 in vouchers coming from them too! Let's hope this good luck lasts!! :)

Well I failed this evening's test.

En route home I thought about what I would eat for dinner. Fish and steamed veg which is yummy. However........................ once I'd stepped through the door I looked at the ingredients ready in the fridge and............. shut the door and ordered a Chinese slap-up for the grand sum of £10.80 :D I should be ashamed of myself but I'm not.

My total spend for today is now £14.40. I'm off to have another glass of wine and watch my Casino Royale DVD.

Have a good evening everyone. I'm sure I'll be  in the morning once I've checked the sheckels left in my purse
