Is the Uber One subscription worth it?

Ive had a look in the Uber One membership section of the app but in mine, it doesn't mention Disney plus anywhere in the perks - is anybody else getting this? I'd like to sign up as a member as I'd be saving money on my subscription but don't want to do it unless it's actually offered.0

UPDATE: @Teefer85 I received an email today from Uber One with an activation code for Disney+ which has worked and the subscription is now live. I hope you receive your email in the coming days.dizilizi said:
I too have been brushed off by Customer Services with the same excuse that I am taking part in a free Uber One subscription. Their T&Cs are dubious and do not exclude you, but probably wrap you up in the ‘purchased a subscription’ clause. Hopefully MSE can get us our freebie 🙏Teefer85 said:Signed up for the year free subscription. Received my email to say my Disney plus code will be sent to me within 48 hours. The 48 hours came and went and no Disney code. So I reached out to Uber support and was advised that the Disney code is only for those who pay for the subscription. Not for those who do the free promotion. 🙄. Has anyone else managed to get the Disney promotion?0 -
Does the annual uber one subscription still come with a free year of stand disney plus. I can't find anything on uber one website about disney plus but have read some things saying offer runs until May 2026 and other things saying offrr has finished? I cant find a contact email or number to check with uber direct and would be joining maimly for this perk.0

It really depends on how much you use it. I use Uber a lot because due to my cancer I have to get to hospital and back lots and it's often the only way I can get there. I spend about £70 on Uber per week and then when I am too unwell to get shopping I order takeouts and groceries delivered throug it. For me, the membership makes sense and saves more than it costs.
I also have premium on deliveroo through Amazon, but even with that it is more expensive than Uber, and so in comparison between the two, if you are only looking at food shopping and takeouts, Uber offers better value to the customer than Deliveroo. I live in Bristol.0 -
When I first saw the Uber One subscription it was giving discount or cash back on train tickets which made it worth while if you buy a lot - but I can't see that offer any more0

I'm having issues with Uber One and Disney+, I have the offer on my account and claim it. Then get the message saying that the activation code is being sent and to contact customer support if it doesn't arrive. Contacted customer support who say the offer isn't on my account, sent them screen captures of the offer and again they claim it's not an offer on my account. Is it just a scam to try and get people to sign up?0
