DCB acknowledgement of service

I over stayed in a pick up point by 1 minute and have now received a court letter and I am at the acknowledgment of service stage. I have no idea who was driving my car as I have two named drivers on my insurance. I am now panicking and unsure what to put on the defence form, could someone please help.

Ask the two named drivers who was driving on the day.

Where did the "offence" occur?

That's not relevant but we do need to see the claim form. The OP will use the Template Defence.

Post a redacted picture of the claim form below after hiding the claim reference number,  the password,  the VRM details and also the name and address,  leaving the rest on show,  including the dates etc

So 4 redactions,  then take a picture and attach it to your next post please

You want to add the same paragraphs 3 & 4 as seen in all Smart Parking defences. Copy!

As per Coupon Mad, do I add Paragraphs in 3 and 4 from smart parking defences
? Then do I explain that who ever was driving went over the 10 mins curfew by 1 min and it is extortionate for this amount of time and there should be a grace period?

Yes use those paragraphs 

Do not admit anything at this stage,  but you can state that the BPA Code of Practice allows for a minimum of 10 minutes grace period to leave,  not an absolute figure
