Endowment Company Taking AGES to surrender
Comments
-
Hi, I am currently going through complaints process with Phoenix.
I sent them a template letter (from the Which website), and the replied back saying they were not the original advisors and they will forward my complaint to the company that originally advised on the endowment. I have now received a complaints form from Investors Planning Associates – endowment advisors.
A week later, Phoenix sent me a Policy Surrender document, stating I requested it. I did not request this.
The endowment has not performed very well, should I surrender?0 -
