1. This activation is live between 00.01 on 15 September and 23.59 on 31 October 2025. After this date the competition webpage will be closed and no further prizes will be attainable through the competition ‘scratch to win’ mechanic.
2. Customers entering this competition must have a registered account with Avanti West Coast. Registration is free and is subject to Avanti West Coast’s standard account terms. Customers will be able to register at the point of entering the competition to participate.

4. Prizes are not guaranteed per entry.
5. Avanti West Coast and West Coast Partnership Development staff are not eligible to enter or win prizes.
6. Prize range includes: entry into a prize pool to win a destination trip along the Avanti West Coast route; a free onboard hot drink; a free lounge pass to the London Euston First Class lounge; a 10% off your next journey coupon; a Turbo keyring; a Turbo plush toy. Specific terms apply to each prize. Further information on these prizes is below. Prizes are subject to availability and may be substituted with items of equal value if unavailable.
7. Free onboard hot drink – this is a one-time only offer and will be sent to you via email upon scratching this prize. This offer is valid for use within one year of receipt of theprize notification email. No cash alternative is available. To claim your free hot drink, present your unique barcode to Avanti staff in the onboard shop. You may only claim one hot drink per voucher. All hot drinks listed on the onboard shop menu are included but subject to availability. This offer is not available on our At Seat Ordering Service. Offer is valid on Avanti West Coast trains only.
8. Free First Class Lounge pass – this is valid for a one-time use at London Euston and remains valid for one year from the date of issue. Access to the lounge is subject to capacity and availability. Lounge passes do not guarantee entry and are granted on a first-come, first-served basis. For details on the Euston First Class Lounge opening times and more, visit https://www.avantiwestcoast.co.uk/travel-information/onboard/first-class/first-class-lounges. The pass will be emailed to customers and must be presented at the lounge entrance for redemption. The pass is only valid when used in conjunction with a valid ticket for travel with Avanti West Coast trains only, and is non-transferable.
9. 10% Off Your Next Journey – this 10% discount is a one-time only offer that will be emailed to customers that win the prize. The discount is valid for two Advance tickets (or one return journey) only on Avanti West Coast operated services in Standard Class, Standard Premium Class and First Class. Customers must use the voucher and the booking must be made within 6 months of the date of the email. The tripbooked using the discount code can be taken at any time following a valid booking (i.e. within the eligible 6 month period). No cash alternative is available. Advanced tickets terms and conditions apply. Journeys must be purchased via avantiwestcoast.co.uk or the Avanti West Coast mobile app. Journeys purchased through station ticket offices, ticket machines or third parties are excluded. The 10% discount excludes Season Tickets and may not be used for bookings in conjunction with other offers or discounts issued by Avanti West Coast.
10. Turbo Keyring and Plush Toy – these are physical prizes that will only be sent to customers that enter their full address information in the fields provided on the competition pages. If eligible, one item shall be sent per customer. Both available prizes are for ages 3+. Prizes will be distributed via a third party handler and will be shipped within 14 days of entry. Prizes will be sent via Evri and tracked to ensure delivery. Avanti West Coast bears no responsibility for lost or misplaced items and cannot accept returns for mis-deliveries. No cash alternative is available and prizes have no resell value.
11. Destination Prizes – entrants into this prize will go into a prize draw which will be drawn at the end of the activation, after 31 October. Winning customers will be notified via email and have 7 days to respond in order to receive details of how to redeem their prize. Full terms and conditions for each destination prize supplier will be made available on the competition webpage and must be reviewed prior to prize redemption. Destination prizes are supported with free train tickets for either two adults or a family of up to four, as specified against the destination list below. Train tickets are valid for redemption only on Avanti West Coast operated services and must be redeemed within one year of the prize notification date. Any travel required outside of the Avanti West Coast network will be the full responsibility of the winning customers, including travel in and around the destination for the duration of the prize. All winners must abide by destination supplier’s terms and conditions and codes of conduct. Avanti West Coast bears no responsibility in the event of unfulfilled prizes.
12. By entering this competition, customers consent to the processing of their personal data for the purposes of administering the promotion. Data will be handled in accordance with Avanti West Coast’s Privacy Policy.
13. Avanti West Coast reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
14. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

@andrewguk Did you enter a date in the Closing Date field when posting this thread.
Competition threads must be raised within the Competitions time board for the Closing Date field to be available when posting. This date field is essential for sorting posts into closing date order and also for the thread to be "Closed" and moved to Game Over when it expires.

Please edit your post and enter the Closing Date field with 31/10/2025 also add E:31/10 at the start of the Title like all the other competition threads
