I've tried everything that's been suggested, but none of them work. I've pretty much given up bothering to even try entering Sweepwidget comps.

Entering on my phone after switching it to mobile data (rather than broadband) usually works but not this time.

I finally managed to enter by doing the above and then opening an incognito window on my phone. (I also switched mobile data off and on again on my phone before I did it, altho I've no idea if that had any bearing on it finally working!)
