to be fair this is the first time in booking sun holidays ( 5th time ) that ive known this happen

Fed up now, got up early to book as am out all day and its pants!
Mind you I am home all day tomorrow so may still be okay.
Its a bit of a balls up by the sun, not sure it will look to great for their public image, which is so high LOL

I have clicked on the contact us link on the site and my number is only in the 400's, I bet as the day goes on that goes up.

I had an email a few days ago giving me a starter token as i'd booked before. Would this have had another word attached maybe? DP has deleted it like a plonker as we received our priority booking form.

No the starter one in the booklet did not have a word on it as i cut it out for my sister to send off.

So no luck there either

The bonus token I had emailed to me doesn't have a code on it - just says "bonus token email".

Will be a day of constant checking - & I'm at work so I'll have to be sneaky like lots of you out there...

The bonis one that came in the email didn't have a code word with it.
