Civil service pension sharing order

Hi all. I am an ex civil servant, subject to a Pension Sharing Order in favour of my ex wife.
My scheme is 'Classic' and it was in 2005.
I have just reached 60.
My ex wife is 55.
Will she receive the allocated pension credit now, same as me, or will she have to wait until she is 60 also?
The civil service won't give me any info, under GDPR, and they haven't contacted my ex wife.
She is anticipating waiting till 60, but I presumed it would pay out when mine did? I am keen for her to receive what is hers.
Any help would be appreciated.

A pension sharing order means she effectively has her 'own' Classic pension now and it is entirely separate from yours, so the fact you have reached 60 has no impact on her benefits.Driftaround said:Hi all. I am an ex civil servant, subject to a Pension Sharing Order in favour of my ex wife.

It's possible that your wife will be able to access her benefits from age 55, but subject to an actuarial reduction for early payment.0
