1. The Boots Health September Own the Audience promotion (‘Promotion’) is organised by Global (as defined in the General Terms and Conditions). The Promotion will run from Wednesday 10th September to Sunday 28th September on Heart Network, Smooth Network, Classic FM and Gold. Global is the Promoter. The ‘Promotion Partner’ mentioned in these Specific Rules is Boots and the ‘Prize Provider’ is NDL.
2. IMPORTANT: The Promotion is subject to these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions which are available here (together, the ‘Promotion Terms and Conditions’). Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions.

To enter the Promotion, you must go online to the Promotion entry page which can be accessed at heart.com/win, classicfm.com/win, smooth.com/win, gold.com/win or via the Global Player app by clicking on the Win with Heart, Smooth, Classic FM or Gold tile, register your details, submit an answer to the multiple choice question provided and select a prize from the drop down menu.
4. Online entry will open at 17:00 on Wednesday 10th September 2025 and close at 23:59 on Sunday 28th September 2025. Entries received before or after this time will not be included in the Promotion.
5. Bulk, automated, machine assisted, third party, syndicate or other group entries are prohibited and we will disqualify any entries (and withhold or reclaim any associated prize from you) which, in our reasonable opinion, appear to have used any of these entry methods or, for example (without limitation), entries or votes that have been made from the same IP address, email address, postal address, telephone number, or similar or entries which we, at our sole discretion but acting reasonably, consider to be suspicious or fraudulent.

If we know or suspect you are trying to enter or have entered this Promotion by using more than one phone number or if we know or suspect you are using variations of your name, we reserve the right to disqualify any relevant entry(ies) and exclude you from this Promotion and also permanently exclude you from entering any of our Promotions.
7. Within 28 days of the closing time of the Promotion, all eligible entries will be entered into a draw. One correct entry will be selected at random and the winning entrant will be contacted by one of our representatives via email OR telephone on the telephone number on which you entered. If such winner does not respond within 28 days from being contacted, they will forfeit their right to the prize and we shall be entitled to select another winner by another random draw. That subsequent winner must respond to the notification email within insert number days of the date on which they are notified, or they will also forfeit the prize.

b) 2 Night Yoga and wellbeing retreat at Champneys Forest Mere for two people which includes accommodation, Nutritious breakfast, lunch and dinner, Yoga classes, Access to the spa facilities, 1x Spa treatment per person of the winner’s choice
c) £500.00 Boots e-voucherI. Stay is subject to availability at the discretion of NDL Travel and excludes bank holidays, Valentine’s day/weekend and school holiday periods, specifically the Christmas holidays, summer holidays, spring and autumn half terms and Easter Spending money will be transferred directly to the winner upon confirmation of full and correct bank details. II. 2 Night yoga break of winner’s choice at Champneys Forest Mere will be strictly subject to availability. Breaks will take place on select dates throughout the year and inclusions will vary but will include yoga classes and access to the spa facilities. You will be staying in a 4* hotel, sharing a double room with en-suite bathroom on a full board basis. If you’d prefer a twin room, we will do what we can to secure this for you, but it cannot be guaranteed. Spa treatments are subject to change and availability at the time of booking. Some treatments may not be suitable for people with certain medical conditions and will be substituted for a safe alternative should this be the case. Spa treatment of winner’s choice will be up to the value of £150 per person. Anything over this amount will be at the winner’s own expense.
III. Boots e-gift card can be redeemed in store or online in the UK. Customer should treat e-gift cards like cash. Lost or stolen e-gift cards cannot be replaced. VII. Private Sauna Experience at Yoga & Sauna Cairngorms for two people will last approximately 1 hour 15 minutes. Bookings are subject to availability.
VIII. Bike hire will be for 1 full day (10am-4.15pm). Bike sizes for two adults includes S, M and L. Includes helmet. Hire reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking. Cycle trails are free on the estate and are self-guided.

16. We will endeavour to transfer the prize money to your bank account within 28 days but are not responsible for any delays. If you provide all necessary details via the method directed by 4pm of the day that you enter the Promotion, we will aim to initiate the transfer of funds on the same day, in our discretion, otherwise will aim to do so on the following working day. If you provide your details on any other day, we will aim to initiate the transfer of funds the next working day after those details are received by us. You must provide all necessary details via the method directed within 14 days after the original request to do so otherwise the prize will be forfeited at our discretion.
17. You understand that should you win a prize package that is made up of various elements you are required to redeem all aspects of the prize in order to keep the prize. For example, you will not be able to accept the spending money only. If you are unable to accept the prize awarded in full, we reserve the right to withdraw the entire prize package and select another entrant to play or win as applicable.
