Nespresso site unavailable

I want to buy some coffee, but when I go to https://www.nespresso.com/ I get an error.

I've been trying since yesterday - is there a general issue?

(I am running via a VPN, but it surfaces in the UK and I'm not disabling it.)

Working fine on VM broadband, Windows 10 and Chrome.

No VPN used.

Try clearing cache, cookies and images.

My bet IS a VPN issue, you'll have to change servers or turn it off.

Never ordered from them despite having a machine.  We get our pods from Lidl and find them very good.  And quite cheap too.  About £2.85 for 20.  Occasionally they will have bigger boxes (45? or 50?) for less than double that price.

Clear your cache. You may be hitting and old cached page. Your browser saying "Well you went here before so I'll just load that page". And giving you the old, outdated page. Try in an private browsing window as that should force a new page visit.

It's ok for me today, but it's a shockingly bad website which frequently doesn't work for me.

VPNing into UK gets the same error here.

Thanks for the replies: it was in a private window.

I do get other brand capsules, but I also want some Vertuo ones.

(As per my OP) I'm thinking it might be VPN related, but that's part of my security and I'm not inclined to let a vendor dictate to me.

Maybe it's a prompt to step away from nespresso; I might try ringing them.

I called Nespresso and the lady I spoke with said she'd had another call reporting that issue today.

I did my order over the phone.
