    Thank you so for your time, patience and sums my friend. I have this evening, just sold 50k from the All Cap to the MMF in my Vanguard account - this still leaves me with with just shy of £150K invested in equity that I can just leave alone and hope for the best.

    Fingers crossed my retirement should be secure now.
