Child Benefit

What age was child benefit paid up to - 14, 15 or 16 years?.

    What particular time period are you talking about, just because of your use of the word “was”. 
    At the moment, it is 16 or 20 if they’re in education or training. Presuming eligibility because of income.

    ... although "studying for a degree" isn't "education or training" so it stops at the end of A levels if your child intends to go to university.

    And note that currently although the child benefit continues, the associated NI credits now cease as soon as the youngest child turns 12

    Child Benefit is normally paid until age 16, and it can continue up to 20 if they stay in approved full time education or training.
