Who has signed the Claim Form? Can we see the part of the Form showing that please? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

You cannot use Chan nor Akande as the POC are not sparse (parked in an area reserved for permit holders only).
With an issue date of 10/10/25 and providing you complete the AoS after 15/10/25 and before 29/10/25 your defence deadline date is 4.00 p.m. on 12/11/25 2 -

Not on MCOL, no.
The OP should copy the other GBP Management defence - a thread that I recall replying on just days ago and they had adapted the usual Smart Parking defence.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I've just referred back to it now and it says i should respond to the allegations made which was that i'd parked in a permit holders only area - not quite sure what a viable response here is as none of the suggestions in the template are accurate. Would something like this be viable? -
The Defendant was the registered keeper and driver. The vehicle was present for under five minutes, a reasonable consideration period to find a bay, read any terms, and decide whether to stay; no parking contract was formed and no breach occurred. The notice includes an issue time but no photographs and no start/finish timestamps evidencing any period of parking. The Claimant is put to strict proof of a parking period and the specific term said to have been accepted and breached.1
