Weird transactions in my Aegon Retireready account

I have an Aegon retireready account through my employer.
The funds in the account are all in an Vanguard accumulation fund except for a small cash amount to cover ongoing charges.
I noticed in the last few days some weird transactions where they sold £98.59 from my fund without my having done anything. There is a "sale request" for it but it was not triggered by me. The following day there is a "pending trade in" request for the same amount.
Going back through the transaction history, the only time I've ever seen "sale request" in the past is when I had deliberately triggered something.
Am I missing anything obvious before I raise a question with them about what is going on there?

If the cash amount in your account was insufficient to meet upcoming charges, they may have had to sell enough of your fund to pay the charges.0

That was one of my thoughts, but, the following day they have triggered "pending trade in" for the same amount. This means they are buying back the same amount but the following day. Also there is enough in my account to cover 7 or 8 months charges, and 0.25% of each month contribution also goes to cash as this is their rule, so there is plenty of cash to cover ongoing charges.Lowtrawler said:If the cash amount in your account was insufficient to meet upcoming charges, they may have had to sell enough of your fund to pay the charges.
Also - the website that they use when you actually want to transact (the Retireready site is display only), seems to be down - it was displaying a login screen earlier today but unable to log in, and now it's just a blank page.0 -
In that case, probably best to contact themPat38493 said:

Sounds worrying to me. It is probably nothing but it could also be very serious. I would phone them.A little FIRE lights the cigar0
