Shoppix App Not Working

I just went to open the app this afternoon & after clicking the icon it tries to open then closes. Was working fine this morning.
I uninstalled & reinstalled the app but it is still not working. Anyone else having issues?

Yes! I am in exactly the same boat! I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled and it still didn’t work. I think it’s definitely an app issue.1

I’ve had same issues tried using downloaded app and direct from App Store.Aldo hard restarted my phone.But no joy.My self & hubby; 2 sons (30 & 27). Hubby also a found daughter (38).
Eldest son has his own house with partner & her 2 children (12 & 10)
Youngest son & fiancé now have own house.
So we’re empty nesters.
Daughter married with 3 boys (13, 10 & 6).

They have just sent an email out saying there’s a problem, and we should keep our receipts so we can upload once they resolve the issue, and we will be reimbursed.2

Thanks for confirming that it isn't just me.I had a similar issue with the PayPal app a few months ago. However that was from a fresh update that obviously had a bug. That kept closing as well, uninstalling didn't work etc. After a couple of days I got an email saying that they had sorted the problem & to reinstall again. Worked fine again after that. Hopefully Shoppix tech support will get it sorted soon & let us know...0

Yes, I have the same issue on iOS. If you have an android device you’ll find that there is no problem with the app.1

Exactly the same here I just hope it’s not closed & we’ve all lost our accumulated cash/points1
