Easy soup - sweet potato or butternut squash?

I find this soup lovely:

Its only sweet potatoes and is enrichened with the coconut. Adding Butternut Squash at the beginning should work though?

I also occasionally leave out the lemon grass, as some dont like the flavour it adds, its still lovely.

Not sure about yellow pepper sauce, i will just add a bit of yellow pepper, it going to be blended any way.

butternut squash and peanut soup is loooovely!! just rinse the salt off them before you put them in. has a yummy almost peanut butter taste.
