HMRC call back wait times

We put a call back request in with HMRC for my husband's national insurance on 20th March 2025 and are still waiting a call back.  We received two phone calls from them but just to confirm name and minor details but they said they could not resolve the query and someone will be in contact. 
How long are the wait times on a call back to resolve the problem?

They are prioritising by age / retirement date so those closest to retirement will be called first. There were about 528K callback requests registered and at 4th June they had fully processed around 119K of that number so on that basis around the end of the year before all are complete.
