Additional mortgage loan problem - Santander

Hi, I don’t know what to do anymore. We applied for an additional loan with santander and all was going fine. On the 13th Aug the payment was confirmed and authorised. 3 weeks later and I'm still waiting for the funds to go into my account. I'm having daily phone calls to santander and keep getting told that they've been authorised and the funds have been released ect but still have no funds. I feel like I'm constantly getting fobbed off by them. I've also put in a formal complaint. My first payment is due next week and as ive said to santander. I'm not paying for money I haven't recieved. The stress this is causing me is unbelievable. I just dont know which way to go anymore with this anymore. Has anyone had anything similar happen?
