Multiple LGPS Account question

Hi,
My mum has 3 LGPS accounts on her Staffordshire Pension Fund LGPS login.
2 of them show as "Undecided Leaver" status and the other, from her current employment is Active.
1 of the "Undecided Leaver" accounts has statements for 2019, 2021, 2022 and 2023
the other "Undecided Leaver" account has statements for 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023
the current / active account has statement for 2024 and 2025 (added today)
The 2 "Undecided Leaver" accounts has not had a statement shown online for the last 2 years or at least 2024 if it's too soon for 2025.
The "Latest Valuation" does appear to be increasing still, the statement for 2023 of one showed as the pension being £1882.01 per year and the "Latest Valuation" of that one now shows as £2127.56.
However, I was wondering if any LGPS experts can advise if the lack of statements and/or the "Undecided Leaver" status is anything to worry about?

'Undecided Leaver' just means that your mum's LGPS is still waiting for her leaving details from payroll. But after 2 years, they need a serious kick up the bum.
Your mum won't be able to decide what she wants to do with these two records until they have been finalised and put into deferred status.0 -
Thanks Silvertabby.
My mum is due to get her pension / retire in January 2028 and will also get a full NSP too at the same time, so another 2 years of working and sort out any issues.
Regarding the "kick up the bum", the other two records are from a previous employment at another school. Should she contact LGPS via the online account, or is it the school that needs to be contacted?

I would speak to the LGPS first. They should then chase the school payroll for the missing data. Having had experience of dealing with school payrolls in the past, your mum is unlikely to be the only one affected. But two years is inexcusable.0
