Bank account closed, but still overdrawn

I recently queried a default on my TransUnion credit file and found my current account with Coop Bank that I closed four years ago, in May 24, was £210 overdrawn. I moved home and hadn't updated the bank of my move as I thought the account being closed was the end of it. They claim to have sent letters to that address about the overdrawn amount.
Should I have been able to close the account with an overdraft? Does this change bank by bank? Should I have been notified of where the debt was changed to? I'd also changed to paperless with the bank so, again, assumed I didn't need to update my address.
They handled my initial query (Nov 24) incorrectly and said there wasn't an overdraft and then stopped replying to my emails. They have accepted their wrongdoing with that element and offered me £150. They have said I still owe the £210.
Am I best place to accept their offer and see it as £60 for £210, or do I have any other avenues to explore?
Thanks in advance, it's all been horribly confusing and I hope I've explained it clearly.

That seems to be a reasonable offer from the Co-Op, who are a decent bank2
