Missed Deadline for Added Years Buyback

Hi,
Like many, I missed the deadline for adding extra years that my pension check calculator showed that I owed, as the HMRC website/app was overwhelmed. I took the MSE advice and filled in a HMRC form requesting a call back, but I don't recall seeing a call from HMRC. What do I do now?
My NI Record shows Not Full entries for 2013-4, 2017-8, 2018-9 and years 2004-12, all are showing that it's too late to make payments in the details panel.
2023-24 also shows Not Full, but the details panel shows "Not includid in the forecast because youtr record needs updating". There's a link to "Get HMRC to update the records" but it leads to a page of what looks like the usual helpfile gibberish that HMRC put on their websites. I certainly had no clue which of the many links on the pages linked to would be my entry npoint to getting my record updated.

I've tried to contact HMRC, but there's no helpline available that I can see, and the chatbot they employ seems to know nothing outside the contents of the generic helpfile information. Is there anything else that I can do? Is there an email I can send somewhere? What's your advice?

If you used the call back request form to pay voluntary National Insurance contributions, you do not need to contact the helpline. DWP Retirement Services will contact you.

DWP received over half a million call back requests, so it is taking a while to work through them all. As I understand it, they are prioritising by age, so those nearest to pension age are dealt with first.0

Yes, just looked back at my request to them and it was 528k. I expect the 119k were the "low hanging fruit", so Christmas could be about right.
