Are Vast.gg comps legit?

I hadn't heard of Vast until they started to be featured regularly on MSE comps. I've noticed that with a lot of Vast comps, they want you to subscribe to a streamer, or watch, like and subscribe to their channels. It feels like they are just fishing for clicks. Has anyone on MSE won one of their comps? I don't know enough about them to feel comfortable entering them. If any veteran compers could vouch for them, it would help allay those concerns.

I definitely remember seeing a post about someone from here winning from Vast a few years ago, personally I've never won anything though. These days most Gleam type competitions (like Vast) do ask you to follow different accounts on social media, it's definitely not just a Vast thing, I think some social media accounts get paid for follows and clicks, so it could be theorised that they use this money to fund the prize that they're giving away. If you don't feel comfortable entering them though, I would just steer clear and prioritise the ones you do fee comfortable entering

I haven't done any yet as the ones that have come up haven't been of interest, but I think Vast is just another app for people to use for their competitions like Rafflecopter, Gleam, etc.
