• The prize is a pair of return economy class flight tickets to New York, travelling with United Airlines, departing from any UK airport served by United Airlines. 
• Fulfilment of ticket provision is subject to seat availability at the time of booking. 
• The winner shall be solely responsible for their own local commutation and for presenting valid travel documents, including any vaccination certificates or COVID-19 test results if required at the time of travel.

Phone numbers will only be used to contact the winner regarding flight bookings and will not be used for marketing or shared with third parties. 
• The winner will be selected at random.

• The prize is a pair of return economy class tickets to New York, courtesy of Brightsun Travel and United Airlines. 
• The prize is valid for travel until 30th September 2026, subject to availability. 
• Blackout dates apply for both 2025 and 2026, including UK school holidays, bank holidays, and U.S. public holidays (e.g. Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, Easter). 
• Travel must be booked by 2nd December 2025. If travel is not booked by this date, or if the winner does not provide valid passports, the prize will be forfeited. 
• Prizes cannot be given to someone else; the named winner must be the lead passenger, and it is up to the winning entrant to choose their travel companion. Both passengers must travel on the same itinerary. Tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be rerouted. 
• No stopovers are permitted unless included in the fare. Destination changes are not allowed. 
• The winner must ensure all documents, including passports and visas (if applicable), are in order. 
• Brightsun Travel will not be responsible for costs arising from illness, missed flights, lockdowns, or entry restrictions. 
• If travel is cancelled due to a government-imposed lockdown or travel restrictions, and no alternative is available, the prize will be forfeited. 
• In case of flight cancellation due to local lockdowns (e.g., in New York), Brightsun Travel will not be responsible for additional accommodation or return flights.
