Unaffordable lending

Hi, I had success with an unaffordable lending complaint against Zopa a couple of months ago.
at the same time, I had escalated a complaint against Ratesetter for a £15k loan and Virgin credit cards (x3).
The Ratesetter was rejected by Ombudsman (after appeal against Investigator decision).
2 of the 3 Virgin Ccs are looking likely to be upheld unless Clydesdale Bank comes back with further evidence.
based on this, I still feel the Ratesetter decision is wrong…given the ombudsman say the decision is final, is that it? Anything I can do?

If you have exhausted the FOS complaints process, and they have not found in your favour, and you still feel you have a strong enough case, you can take legal action against the lender.
However the FOS not finding in your favour will not help your case here, and you may struggle to convince a court the opposite is true, it may also be expensive as solicitors would have to become involved.
All in all, not a pleasing prospect.
