I think i will reply to this one of your threads too! The dress i purchased is the dress i fell in love with about 1 1/2 years ago, and when it arrived i was blown away with it, i so love it! But after trying it on & on, i decided that it isnt for me, and the only reason is because it has a train, which is no big deal i know, but i am getting married in my local town hall which is a nice grand old building, and i kept saying to myself it's my day, i can wear the big white dress, but in my heart i know the train will really annoy me, when i looked into getting it altered the price would of cost more then the actual dress as mine is from ebay too! So now i am trying to find a dress that i love as much and it isnt really happening, so i may get it made again but without the train, and with a zip up back instead of the corset style, as i dont really like that also. What i am trying to say is, if you love your dress why change it? If you feel comfy in it why change it? It is your day so you can wear what you like, i am only changing mine as in my heart i knew it would annoy me. But i still look at it so i know it is love, and i think i better get reordering!0

Don't go to the extreme of getting a new one made.
Any decent dress maker will be able to hook up the train so you can have the train then hook up later (the best of both worlds) and get a zip put into the dress to make it how you want it.0
