Hi there (hope i am in right section) .... I am trying to be good with my diet, i LOVE comfort food .... which is probably why I need to be good .... i have lost 8lb in the last 4 weeks which i am very pleased about ... but i would loe to have a few slow cooker recipes ... i have 3 kids so they would have to be family type recipes .... thanks so much!!! :A
