Financing a car purchase

It depends how long you intend to keep the car, the deprecation spread over say ten or twelve years is a completely different ballpark from those who change every two or three years.QrizB said:DrEskimo said:- Don't spend more than half your annual income on a car

If I was in the market for a 'new' car, this is something like what I would be going for. Popped into my inbox this week. Very good pricing imo, via PCP they pop up now and again when a manufacturer is trying to move certain models..
So on PCP it's about £250 pcm for 5000 miles pa (plus the £180 admin fee).
In fact if you can deal with an EV then this is a particularly good offer in my opinion. Of course you just hand the vehicle back after the term, and never own the vehicle, but just over £9K for a brand new car for 3 years' driving is not bad at all.
