Please don't post the standard letters/emails (from court or the Claimant) at this stage - they are already covered in the 8 steps to (hopefully) protect our time and spare us from seeing all this template stuff on every thread!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Step 3 - Wait for your own Directions Questionnaire from the CNBC and then complete & email it to the CNBC (see box below for the DQ email) and cc in the info@ address for the legals acting for the Claimant. It's a simple form but all the DQ answers are here:
I've received the N180 form from DCB Legal, but I haven't received anything from CNBC. Do I wait?0 -
Refer to the 8 steps in the template defence thread, steps 2 & 3.2

Thanks, I'll be patient and wait.1

I had my mediation call on the 7th January. I offered zero! Do I just sit back now and wait to see if they take me to a hearing?0
-
Yes, keep following the steps and process
If they want it to go to a hearing, they would have to pay for one. ! ( which is unlikely. )
Meanwhile, study the what happens next in post 2 in the newbies sticky thread in announcements !1 -
No. Read the second post of the NEWBIES thread because defence wasn't your only jobPC_MANC said:I had my mediation call on the 7th January. I offered zero! Do I just sit back now and wait to see if they take me to a hearing?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks, guys. I've been trying to get up to speed with it all. I've read through it. Am I right in thinking I have to wait for a LBC an then respond with the template?0

You are AFTER the meditation stage, so the CNBC will transfer the case to your local civil court that you nominated in your N180 DQ document, they will contact both parties in due course , so you are BEFORE that stagePC_MANC said:Thanks, guys. At that future point its at the county court stage , the main game, not the preliminary stages1
