Parking Ticket - Court Letter Received

Guys, I really appreciate your patience and I will reach the finish line! 👀
How about this for no.3 and if you say I've missed the untruth, I give up! I read the thread you sent @Coupon-mad and added it. I've also shortened.3.1 Regarding the Particulars of Claim paragraph 3, The Claimant has never used the POFA 2012 and has never been able to hold registered keepers liable, so the solicitor signatory of the statement of truth on this claim is misleading the court by citing that law. Due to the length of time, the Defendant has no recollection of the day in question but thinks they disputed a PCN around that time. Smart Parking then did nothing except adding £70 (that was not on their signs) which rewards them for sitting on their hands, because their share of that 'fee' after being split with the bulk litigator - in cases with default judgments or frightened Defendants just paying the lot - sees this Claimant receive far more than face value of a legacy £100 PCN that was stored for 4 years.
3.2 Further, regarding the Particulars of Claim paragraph 4, research has proved that this Claimant has never used the POFA 2012 and has never been able to hold registered keepers liable. This is important because the solicitor signatory of the statement of truth on this claim is knowingly or negligently misleading the court by citing that law. Despite tens of thousands of boilerplate claims from DCB Legal causing inflated default CCJs this year – as they have reportedly filed a ‘job lot’ of template bulk claims for this Claimant, all repeating the untruth about the POFA 2012 – Smart Parking has no cause of action against any registered keeper

Great!
I'd remove this because it duplicates the new paragraph you added, so you don't need it:
"Regarding the Particulars of Claim paragraph 3, The Claimant has never used the POFA 2012 and has never been able to hold registered keepers liable, so the solicitor signatory of the statement of truth on this claim is misleading the court by citing that law."PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I submitted my defence on 15/09/2025. I've been checking MCOL, but there haven't been any updates yet. Is this normal?
0 -
Very normal, these cases can take up to a year from the issue date, to a hearing or a discontinuation
Keep checking your MCOL claim history weekly for the next couple of months, but you are waiting for it to show that they have posted your N180 DQ document, then keep following the 12 steps
I would think that it currently shows that your defence was logged on that date1 -
Thank you.
Up to a year! Imagine how many people forget to check! 🙈0 -
It will probably stay within the MCOL system for around 3 months, then it's transferred to your local civil court for processing, it's certainly never quick, but then neither are criminal cases either
So most of the time it's with your local civil court1 -
