Anyone used a FP57?

Can't find medical exemption certificate but know its somewhere at home and in date.
Googling suggests to pay if you have to but ask for a FP57 certificate and use it to reclaim. I'm guessing it's free to reclaim and you'll get the full fees returned but it doesnt explicitly say that either and we're all too used to admin fees being charged for these sorts of things.
Haven't been able to see our pragmatic GP recently so new meds are on the drip rather than old meds that all only get renewed once together every 3 months. If there is an admin fee I will save them up into one rather than have a new fee each week until I can find the certificate or get a new one.

No admin fee.
You take the FP57, and proof of exemption into any pharmacy. One more form later and you'll get a full refund.1
