Home Improvements vs Remortage House Value

Hi,
We recently bought a contemporary Scandinavian new-build home on a housing estate, roughly 30 built out of 160 homes. However, only 1 of our house type, the new versions are of a much lower spec. The home are quite unusual, so not to everyone's taste, but we love it. When we purchased the property, it was EPC B, with the only requirement being solar panels to achieve Band A.
We have just had a 10.2kwh Solar System installed with a 13.4 kWh Battery, 10 kWh Inverter and a 7 kWh Car Charger. What impact would this have on the house value when remortaging, we are not considering selling, but it would be nice if the value went up for better mortgage rates.
We have also installed a new patio, new trees/plants and an oak frame pergola with roman sails, so it's safe to say the garden has had a transformation as well.

A recently purchased new build is more likely to lose value from the initial sales price than to gain it.The additions are all useful and the solar may help the EPC, but I wouldn't be expecting to see a significant increase in value over the purchase price if it was only recently built. What is your current LTV?0

According to MSE quoted research it may add some value but likely less than you spent on it for the solar system. Garden changes is unlikely to add anything.0

New build houses carry a premium so with upgrades it is perhaps worth what you paid for it initially.oronly slightly more
When development completed and if yours is the only one of a higher specification you can command a higher sale price
Garden improvements if done well do add value hence C4s kitchen/garden renovation programme0
