Self assessment - underpaid tax questions

I am completing Self Assessment for 2024/25 tax year and am struggling to answer the questions on underpaid tax.
This is the first time I've used SA and am doing it because my actual savings income in 2024/25 exceeded £10k.

In Jan 2025 I received a P800 saying I owed £244.40 from Tax year 2023/24. This was due to exceeding the PSA in that year.

For Feb and March 2025 my tax code was reduced from 1257L to 1135L and £41 was of this balance was recovered via PAYE.

My 2025/26 tax code was reduced to 911L which I assume was to recover the remaining £203.40 owed from 2023/24 plus an estimated £244.40 for the 2024/2025 tax year.

The questions I'm struggling with are:

1) Underpaid tax for earlier years included in your tax code for 2024–25 – enter the amount shown as ‘amount of underpaid tax for earlier years’ from your P2, ‘PAYE Coding Notice.

2) Underpaid tax for 2024–25 included in your tax code for 2025–26 – enter the amount shown as ‘estimated underpayment for 2024–25’ from your P2, ‘PAYE Coding Notice

3) Outstanding debt included in your tax code for 2024–25 – enter the amount from your P2, ‘PAYE Coding Notice’

The help says to use figures from the P2 letter for 2024/25 but I don't have any P2 letters for this tax year. (I haven't received a P2 for over 3 years)

I chatted with HMRC who said they can't issue a P2 for 2024/25 as its not the current tax year, they will send me one for 2025/26 but I don't think it will answer these questions.

Can anyone give any guidance as to how I answer these questions?
Many thanks.

Can you access the relevant coding notices via your online personal tax account?

It would be quite unusual for a P800 underpayment for 2023-24 to be included in your 2024-25 tax code.

I suspect you have completely misunderstood what happens to your tax code in Feb and March 2025.

Does your 2025-26 tax code include the £244.40?
