If you see "thanks for entering" instead of an entry form, it is probably a cookie from the previous comp. You could try deleting cookies, a different browser, or an incognito window.

Thanks One-Eye, I can't see how to enter this one, it just says thankyou for entering the giveaway when i click on the above links but i haven't entered my details anywhere?

It may well be a cookie problem from their previous comp - try deleting cookies/different browser/incognito tab
