Teachers Pension + Lump Sum Delayed by 6 months with no communication or escalation path forward

Hi, my wife took early retirement and was suppose to get lumpsum and pension from April.
The pay slips are getting generated but the money is not getting credited to the account.
We have raised 15 secure messages through my pension online with no response, made 13 calls with fake promise that it will be resolved in the next 5 working days.
Then we raised a complaint which is with IDRP, after 2 weeks they sent an one line mail that they are investigating. Its been 10 weeks now and no communication so far inspite of 3 more follow up messages.
I went to omburdsman and they said until a decision is taken from IDRP they cannot intervine. I do not know what is the time cap for IDRP process, it cannot be indefinate.
I have dropped an email to the MP in charge of pension Torsten Bell but have not got any response so far. I have exhausted all these options.
Any suggestions on what else can i do to expedite the process and if any of you have been through a similar experiance would liek to take some guidence.

Your wife is expecting a TPS pension?

She has received neither the lump sum nor the monthly payments?

When she checks the pay slips (on line?), is the account to which payments are directed shown?

She is certain that the account details are correct?

If so, has she checked with her bank that payments have not been returned to sender?

Yes there are deadlines for the IDRP (they seem to have a pre IDRP element as well which will delay things)
